Our second patch of pipe mould, diameter 2000mm, jacking pipe end joint moulds, have been loaded container and ready to ship to Malaysia. This is the Roller Suspension concrete pipe machine( horizontal one), using the half dry cast, with feeding conveyor feeding concrete to the pipe mould. The concrete will be distributed into the inner wall of the mould, and become solid and density under the centrifugal force by high speed rotating. As the concrete thickness exceeding the spacer of mould, it will be compressed by the roller and mould.
